Billy Boone Restoration is updating the bathroom in this historic home to the original beauty. We are copying the downstairs bathroom tile floor and walls, adding a claw foot tub and shower head, new sink, toilet and all the works. Finish exterior paint on 4 1/2 units in the Perrysburg Meadowlands. As always warrantied for the life of the best paint on the market. All damaged wood replaced, caulked in with 60 year caulking, oil base slow dry primer and two coats of S.W Emerald with satin finish. Always a pleasure working with these guys.

Removed this un-used chimney structure, removed damaged shingles and flashing. New valleys, flashing, shingles and built up a dormer wall with t1-11 and cedar trim. All materials primed and painted on both sides with the best paint and caulking. All aspects warrenteed.

Geeked out on Kristi Lynns door. There is not a brush or roller mark on this baby. It's nice to do somethings with out the worry of time.
Sanded it. Painted it. Sanded it. Painted it. Then touch up, touch up and touch up! All semi gloss. Plus the new door fixtures. Changed out from the standard k**b door handles. 😍

Windows. Do your windows need addressed? We just repaired/refurbished 26 windows on this property. For 200.00 (aprox) we can measure, buy, transport the glass. Take your window out. Remove and replace the glass and glazing. Scrape and paint the window. Put new ropes and rehang the window. 419 261 6290
