It's been a busy few days racking up.the miles with prep work at some of the sites and Hydroseeding at 7 different properties including homes in Tolland, Canton,Waterford,Groton Long Point, Mystic, Stonington and some Tee boxes at Rolling Green Golf Course in Rocky Hill. Thank you to Brian at TBW Restorations and Derek Beebe at Beebe Property Services for their continued business. Also thanks to my friend Joseph Mitchell for allowing me to stage equipment and pull water from his property in Stonington. Back to Tolland to install some drainage and get a few more homes ready to seed tomorrow. What really made the day was getting texts from some recent customers about their lawns. Spraying down the shore I even got a chance to get a pic of the Hydroseeder with the Hydro$eader ..the money maker and the money taker🤣

Finished up a boulder border and hydroseeding for a repeat client in Tolland. We had originally hydroseeded this lawn 5 years ago and after the house needed a replacement foundation the homeowners had us back to redo the disturbed areas and add on to a boulder border to give some definition to the front yard. Back side of boulders will be seeded with a wildflower blend to add some color..

Finished up this new construction build in Killingworth over the last week with 200 yards of additional fill , 600 yards of topsoil, 80 yards of driveway base and 48000 sq ft of hydroseed.

Front yard overhaul for another great client in Ellington that wanted to simplify life and switch from primarily mulch to stone in the beds. Thinned out some trees in front yard , complete rip out of old landscaping , grade correction from where previous years of mulch build up had got to close to siding, installation of cobblestone borders, new plants , and 2-3"river rock and mulch. Final grading and Hydroseeding in next few weeks.

Finished up the last of our work on the Flour Girl Cafe in Hebron which will be opening this fall. I always enjoy working with Jay and his crew of war vets. These guys are machines ! This was a really tight space with a lot of obstacles so the extra manpower for doing handwork by these guys was much appreciated. We tied the sewer into a manhole we had previously installed,raised the manhole frame to match a future patio, trenched and ran the water line, trenched for the gas main and electric and added the last of the gutter drains and connected them into a catch basin per the plans.

Recent install of a hot tub base and a generator pad with some anchor bolts for one of my long time winter clients. Went back and set the generator for them and finished off the area with some mulch
