Living room remodel.

1. Installed ceiling lighting and required switches to no longer control the receptacles.

2. Installed smart switches to control the lights remotely.

3. Removed and replaced the receptacles.

4. Replaced 70’s paneling where the red accent wall is located with drywall.

5. Patched imperfections in the old drywall.

6. Removed flooring and subfloor.

7. Replaced subfloor with advantech and LVT waterproof flooring.

8. Replaced baseboard with colonial 5 1/4 trim.

9. Added trim to the windows.

10. Finished with fresh paint.

11. Reset the furniture and rehung the curtains.
