Rock & Vine recently shared a behind-the-scenes look at the 2026 Southern Living Idea House, and we're proud to be bringing this remarkable Texas Hill Country home to life in Fredericksburg.

Designed to celebrate the beauty of Texas Hill Country living, the home blends thoughtful architecture, inspired design, and the welcoming spirit of Southern hospitality.

Tours begin September 18 and run through December 20, with proceeds benefiting Operation Finally Home, the Gillespie County Historical Society, and the Hill Country Preservation Society.
