✅ Heating system check (your furnace hasn't run since March)
✅ Filter replacement
✅ Coil cleaning

Sunday energy tip — the most impactful thing you can do right now without spending a dime 👇

Set your thermostat to 78°F when you're home.

Not 72°F. Not 74°F. 78°F.

Here's the math: every degree you raise your thermostat saves roughly 3% on your cooling costs. The difference between 72°F and 78°F is 18% of your cooling bill. In Houston where your AC runs 8+ hours a day, that's real money every month.

Does 78°F feel warm at first? Yes. Give it 20-30 minutes. Your body adjusts. And once you see the difference in your electric bill, you'll never go back to 72°F.

Still not comfortable at 78°F? That might be a sign your system needs attention — or that humidity (not just temperature) is the issue.
