Our staff of engineers, surveyors, planners, certified floodplain managers and support staff allows ECE to submit applications swiftly to get you moving ahead quickly with your construction or reconstruction plans. ECE has primarily worked in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, although our contacts and general knowledge of state law allows us to produce our high quality survey and engineering work throughout the state of New Jersey.
