We have a customer who bought a renovation property. One side wall did not have a finished eave, and on the other sides, the rafters were falling off. The remaining soffit had debris from trees and several bird nests inside.

Our crew tore 4 feet into the existing roof edge, added new rafters, blocking, OSB, and fascia all the way around, installed new soffit and trim, and built the customer a custom ADA-compliant handrail with two attached awnings.
