🎉 Friday Spotlight 🎉

Meet David Allred, one of the incredible leaders behind All-Tech Electric, founded in 1994 and thriving for 30 years strong! As one of two current owners and founders, David has had the privilege of building this business alongside his brother. All-Tech joined the IEC family in 2003, and one of them has proudly served on the IEC board for 18 years.

David is also an IEC of Utah Board Member and Co-Chair of the Safety Committee. He’s passionate about creating safer workplaces and supporting the next generation of electricians, making him an invaluable part of the IEC community.

With a career that began in electrical automation and robotics, David found his passion working outdoors in industrial construction. Grateful for the opportunities this industry has provided, he’s dedicated to giving back—whether it’s teaching apprenticeship classes or serving on multiple boards. Watching the All-Tech team grow has been one of his proudest accomplishments.

Outside of work, David has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 29 wonderful years. Together, they have three amazing children—Brittany, McKenna, and Ty—and two grandchildren. When he’s not with his family, you’ll find him fishing, camping, or spending time with his lifelong passion: horses and rodeo.

Fun fact: Many of the young men he coached in football and rodeo now work at All-Tech! Even as he looks ahead to retirement, he envisions staying connected as a coach and mentor while making even more memories with his family and horses.
