Rarely, as a business owner, you will get that one customer that you cannot please, they are unreasonable. They want you to be a magician, not a lawncare professional. That's OK with us because over the past 5 years, we have only had 2 unreasonable people that we are happy to move on from. KNOW YOUR VALUE, Don't take it personal, it's on them you can't please everyone Remember, if they want it done a certain way, and have gone through multiple businesses, maybe they need to buy a mower and do it themselves. Keep pressing on, the Lord is good and will provide, but we have to overcome speedbumps so that we can enjoy the brand new beautiful trimmed grass.
