It’s more than walking through a house and throwing out a number.

We take the time to look at the project, figure out what materials are needed, calculate the labor, and make sure we’re not missing the little things that can make a big difference.

Some estimates take a little while to put together, but we’d rather take our time and get it right than rush it.

CITY CRACKS DOWN ON WATER FOUNTAIN COFFEE DUMPERS

The City Council has unanimously passed Emergency Ordinance 404-B, making it a criminal offense to pour leftover coffee down public water fountains. The newly established Municipal Aqua & Espresso Task Force (MAETF) is now actively patrolling parks and office hallways.

The core issue? The city's plumbing infrastructure is failing. City engineers revealed that the combination of coarse coffee grounds, coagulating dairy alternatives, and municipal water has created massive, impenetrable "sludge bergs" deep within the pipes, backing up drinking fountains citywide.

The Penalties:

* First Offense: A $250 fine and mandatory porcelain-scrubbing community service.
* Second Offense: Confiscation of all travel mugs for 60 days.
* Third Offense (Felony Sludge Dumping): Up to 14 days in a "Decaf Isolation Unit."
