Another Topeka project wrapped up, and this one is ready for summer. ☀️🏡

We recently finished a beautiful pavilion for a customer using Sherwin-Williams Emerald® Rain Refresh in a soft sage color to match their home—and it turned out sharp.

For the new wood, we used Minwax® Helmsman® Spar Urethane to help seal and protect it while keeping that natural wood look. The combination of the sage paint and sealed wood gives this outdoor space a clean, finished feel that’s perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying pool season.
