With the record amount of snow we have had this week, you may notice roof leaks near exterior walls. We will be spending the next few days to a week with ice melting off of your roof and unfortunately there is only so much we can do until the ice is fully melted without damaging the shingles. Once it is safe to be on your roof we are happy to inspect the roof for any damages incurred.

Today we took some time off to give back to the kids through Build My Future. 350 high school aged kids came through to learn about the trades. We partnered with Garner Remodeling and Home Improvement, Inc. to let the kids install shingles, wire an outlet and switch, install vinyl siding, mud a drywall joint, and cut base moulding. Thanks to Topeka Area Building Association for setting this program in motion.
