On the Level Enterprises is seeking to build a few professional service teams. We are currently hiring apprentice and lead positions. We specialize in manufactured homes, working directly with the manufacturer. We service new home sets to insure proper functionality on a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and aesthetic level as well as continuing to service the home through the warranty period.

Although much of our work is in the greater Phoenix area we do travel throughout the state as well as out of state periodically. All applicants must be willing to travel.

We are looking or self starters with a desire to advance, honesty and reliability is essential. Requirements include a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and liability insurance. Must pass both a drug test and background check.

We understand that manufactured homes are somewhat different than conventional construction and that there is a learning curve; tech support in the field will always be available.

Half time pay for travel time, paid hotel and $20.00 per day food per diem when away overnight. 25 cents per mile when working independently. Opportunity for contract based pay projects. All employees are considered 1099 employees.

Pay is commensurate with skills and updated assessments will be made periodically and pay adjusted appropriately.

Lead Technician Requirements:
5-7 years experience in residential construction
Truck and tools
Experience in trouble shooting and repair in all aspects of plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, painting, interior and exterior trim installation, tape and texture, vinyl floor installation.
Performance Base Pay Scale $19-$27 per hour

After the chaos; a trip to the ER, a theft at our home, a car accident, a broken heart from a relationship - we want to race forward and leave it all behind, swing the pendulum back to health, safety, stability, love and joy. We strive to live functional lives. No damper on what today means, to the majority of us in putting us right side up again, but we need to remember every sordid detail so that we do not repeat this blight on our history.

The prep area of our outdoor kitchen area is nearing its end (😁). Before we started this project there was this lovely looking green outdoor carpet, it just had to go, cleaning and maintaining was a chore so we ripped it out, designed and installed a decorative concrete overlay. Searching high and low for somewhat affordable outdoor cabinets the best we could do was going to end up costing us in the area of $4000.00 to $5000.00, so we picked up these cabinets at a reclaim center for $600.00. Although these are located under a roof we where concerned about moisture and maintenance. We applied Red guard waterproofing to the underside of the cabinets. We installed black pipe feet to keep them off the ground, this also enables us to just hose down the area easily.

So we’ve pretty much finished up one area of the renovated outdoor (TV Lounge) living space. On to the outdoor kitchen prep area. This area originally had a trellis type roof with plexiglass and some sort of screen mesh stretched over it. Two posts for support with a excellent view of the pool pump (and noise). With a newly framed metal roof we now have plenty of shade (preventing glare on the TV) and a wall that is not only aesthetically pleasing it provides a noise barrier form the pool pump. We extended that roof line 5 feet to protect the pump from the harsh Arizona sun also providing a hidden storage area for all the pool supplies.

We set up new homes for a manufactured home company for delivery to new homeowners. We are looking for experienced painters to do touch up painting and caulking. This is a subcontractor opportunity which pays $300.00 per home (3 hour average per home) Valley wide.

Our last work trip took us to Gallup NM, Española NM and Tao’s NM with a stop at the Petrified national forest.

Our next work trip takes us to Bryce Canyon Utah with a stop at Zion national forest.
