Here are some snap shots of the evolution of our latest project. We installed a new raised bluestone patio on the back of the house utilizing stone from the property. We took down two large oak trees that were looming over the new patio area to open up some space and let in some light. In the front of the house we removed old brick landings and installed new bluestone entryways and stepping stones. Under the stepping stones we installed a drainage system to divert the water coming of the driveway away from the house. Around all the hardscape we established planting beds and the home owners did a fantastic job with the plantings. We also did some work in the fields on this property and constructed an access road over a drainage ditch for has access to the back fields for mowing without getting equipment stuck. Not shown in these photos is a reclaim driveway expansion and two super cool sheds we built (I’ll get photos eventually)

Today we wrapped up this patio. we started this project by doing the excavation for the new 3 season porch foundation ( the porch construction was beautifully executed by ). On this project we reused the brick from the old patio and added some new brick on the boarder and part of the walkway to complete it. We also installed an open aggregate base with a drainage system to help move the water away from the house.
