Remodel US did our kitchen remodel a few years ago, so we were already comfortable with them as a contractor and the quality of their work. This time around, we had Remodel USA do the exterior painting on the house. The work involved hydro-blasting the
entire house, fixing up cracks and the stucco. They even threw in fixing our dryer vent and a big crack left over from a previous plumbing issue we had. The representatives of Remodel USA were professional and were very accommodating with our schedule. My
husband was out of town for the most part while the work was being done, but they made sure to coordinate with either him or myself during the course of the project. They also made accommodations with regard to the color choices making sure to leave samples
of how it would look on the house. I was also very happy that the workers left the site clean and tidy each day. Overall, we are pleased with the way the house looks and the overall project.

We met with and received a quote from a sales associate today.
Very professional. Very informative, and very flexible with the price. A lifetime warranty on a product & you have me at hello. 4 for wonderful customer service and answering all of our questions. Not a 5 because of the fact that the price is a little higher than we'd expected, and the work hasn't been completed yet. We will update our review when the work is completed.

My husband and I were both home and decided to go with this company because of the warranty. This is not a typical latex and water-based paint. The compound is a completely different makeup, which makes it longer- lasting. In addition, they are including trim, gutters, the garage door, shutters, and the awning on the back patio. They are also repairing the extensive damage to our existing exterior walls. All things considered, it's an investment that we thought was worthwhile. Again, we will update with photos once the work is done for people who want a balanced perspective.

When the canvaser knocked on my door, I was skeptical to setup an appointment, but we had already gotten a couple of estimates for windows, so we thought we would get another one. The sales team explained everything to us in detail (a bit more detail than we needed) and we decided to go with them. They did such a good job on the windows that we also had them refinish and repaint the outside of our house and replace the front door. Our nearly 50 year old house looks brand new. You will pay more with Remodel USA than other contractors, but they do what they commit to; they do an excellent job; they are licensed; they have insurance; and they warranty their work. All of those things are important when looking for a contractor. They are worth talking to if you want to improve your home.
