🏟️Exciting progress is underway at the future Wiseburn Sports Complex, a transformative athletic facility designed to serve Wiseburn students and the broader community.

🏫Designed by PBK Architects, this DSA-approved project will deliver a state-of-the-art, multi-field sports complex featuring baseball, softball, and soccer fields, along with new concessions and restroom buildings, scoreboards, parking, storage, and supporting site improvements—including a warming kitchen for events and game days.

⚽️A game-changing upgrade
The installation of Pivot® Performance Turf marks a major advancement for both soccer and baseball teams. Developed by TenCate this innovative surface is engineered to perform like natural grass—without performance infill—setting a new standard for high-quality synthetic turf.

Pringle Group is proud to serve as the DSA Project Inspection Team, working in close collaboration with Wiseburn Unified School District, N|A|Z Building Program Advisors, and Erickson-Hall Construction Co. to help ensure the project meets California’s rigorous safety and quality standards.

🎉 It’s official — congratulations to Beverly Hills Unified School District!

The K.L. Peters Auditorium at Beverly Hills High School has reopened, marking an important milestone for BHUSD and the City of Beverly Hills.

We were delighted to join district leaders, project partners - Fonder-Salari, Inc., DLR Group, ProWest Constructors, and community members at the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate this new chapter for BHHS and its students.

🎭This historic modernization preserves the character of the original facility while upgrading the auditorium with state-of-the-art theatrical systems and improvements that meet today’s safety and performance standards.

🎓 ELAC's tradition of excellence advances! We were privileged to join Los Angeles Community College District last week for the groundbreaking of their new state-of-the-art academic facility – the Nursing, Allied Health, and Public Service Building at East Los Angeles College. As a premier STEAM institution in California, the ELAC building will equip students with crucial academic and practical training for sought-after careers in nursing, respiratory therapy, health technology, fire technology, and forensics.

The new 4-story, 53,000 SF building will offer nine highly specialized labs, customized amenities, and a state-of-the-art library designed to equip students for the workforce of the future. This cutting-edge facility will transform the Monterey Park campus into a modern institution of higher education. Truly an outstanding achievement! 🎓🐺

We take pride in being the DSA project inspection firm for this project, offering comprehensive design and construction oversight, in collaboration with our project partners Swinerton, and DLR Group.

🌟🏫 What an exciting time for the community and school of Casa Blanca Elementary School! We take great pride in partnering on this award-winning project as the DSA Project Inspection firm, playing a role in shaping the futures of students for generations ahead.

Great to see this new 9.8-acre campus start to take shape. 🏫

The 6-building school design will organize classrooms into three, 2-story “Learning Villages,” including a single-story Multipurpose Building, Administration Building, and a transitional Kindergarten Classroom Building.

A vision long in the making has finally come to life. We are excited to celebrate the vibrant culture of this community and the significant role this new school will play within it. There's much to celebrate - Riverside Unified School District! 🌟
