Making progress in Harwinton! 🏠🔨

We were able to get a great start on this siding project before all of this rain rolled in! The old siding is off, the house is wrapped, and everything is prepped as we work toward giving this home a completely refreshed exterior.

Now we just need Mother Nature to cooperate so we can get back out there and keep this transformation moving! ☀️

Stay tuned for the finished look, we can’t wait to share this one!

🏠 Remember This One? Look at It Now! 👀

We shared the beginning stages of this full-home transformation recently, and the progress just keeps coming!

What started with exposed framing, insulation, major demo, and removing the old chimney is now starting to look like a HOME again. 🙌

The drywall is nearly complete throughout, the new layout is taking shape, the bathroom is coming together, and you can finally get a feel for just how different these spaces are going to be.

There’s still plenty left to do, painting, flooring, trim, finishing touches and more, but this is one of our favorite parts of a remodel: when all of the work happening behind the walls starts turning into rooms again. 🔨✨

And we’re not done showing you this one yet! Stay tuned because the finished transformation is going to be a good one. 👀

Have a home that needs more than just a few updates? Whether it’s one room or a complete home renovation, Nieves Home Improvements can help bring it back to life.

🏡 Sometimes a Fresh Coat Makes ALL the Difference!

You don’t always need to replace your siding to completely refresh the look of your home. A fresh coat of paint can make a huge difference and this house is a perfect example! 👏

We recently gave the siding on this home a fresh new look, and we love how the updated color pairs with the crisp white trim and all of the character throughout the exterior. It’s amazing what a refresh can do! 🔨✨

And while the siding may be looking finished, we’re not quite done here yet! You might notice something missing in the backyard… 👀 The old deck has officially come down, and something new will be taking its place next.

Stay tuned for another update when we get that transformation underway!

Whether your home needs new siding, a siding refresh, a new deck, or something bigger, Nieves Home Improvements is here to help.

🏠 A Full Home Transformation in Progress!

This house is getting a complete revamp from top to bottom, and the transformation is already incredible to see!

We’ve taken this second floor from what you see in the before photos to a completely reworked space, chimney removed, new insulation installed, framing updates, drywall underway, and so much more. 🔨🏡

And the best part? This is only the second floor! There’s plenty more happening throughout this home, and we can’t wait to share the progress as everything starts coming together.

Sometimes a home doesn’t need to be replaced- it just needs the right vision and the right team to give it a whole new life. ✨

Thinking about a major renovation, full-home remodel, or finally tackling that fixer-upper? Nieves Home Improvements can help bring your vision to life.

Most people only notice the shingles... but we know the real work happens before they're ever installed. 👀

Here's a little behind-the-scenes look at one of our current roofing projects. Taking the time to get every layer right is what makes a quality roof last.

We're proud to be GAF Certified, and even prouder to stand behind every roof we install.

Can't wait to show you the finished product! 🏠🔨
