That generator is one of the custom touches on this 28×48 ranch we finished in Ulster, PA.

The home was set up with a Generac automatic disconnect, adding another practical feature to a project that also included on-demand hot water, hot water baseboard heat, a metal roof, and plenty of covered outdoor living space.

It’s details like these that are worth thinking about when planning a new home.

Loaded up and headed to the job site 🏡

A finished home takes more than just the modules. This load is packed with lumber, shingles, and other materials needed to keep the project moving once everything arrives on site.

There’s a lot of coordination behind every Modular One build — getting the home, crew, equipment, and materials where they need to be at the right time.

The Aurora, before all the finishing touches🏡

It’s always interesting to look back at a home while it’s still coming together. This is our Aurora two-story during construction, before the exterior was finished.

The Aurora offers 2,692 sq. ft. of living space, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 660 sq. ft. garage. Seeing it at this stage gives you a different look at what goes into taking a modular home from set day to the finished product.

A look back at one of our favorite interiors — the Herrickville House! 🏡

This home started with our Alpine Chalet design and was customized throughout to make it truly its own.

The Alpine Chalet plan features:
• 1,210 sq. ft. of living space
• 400 sq. ft. of unfinished bonus space
• 2 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• 27' × 44' layout

The Herrickville House is a great example of how one of our standard plans can be customized to fit what a homeowner is looking for.
