A few months ago, we had the opportunity to help the new owners at Belrose bring new life to this property with a complete roof replacement.

✅ Removed up to 4 layers of existing roofing materials and decking down to the original planks
✅ Installed all-new plywood roof decking across the entire roof
✅ Installed GAF Timberline HDZ® shingles in English Pewter
✅ Installed Ply Base modified self adhered base sheets at (2) low slope roof areas
✅ Finished the project with a beautiful copper bay roof, adding the perfect touch of character and curb appeal

Another Successful Roof Rescue by Our Expert Team! 🏠✨

This homeowner learned the hard way why experience matters. We initially recommended EPDM for his low-pitch (1/12) roof area, but he opted to follow his friend’s advice and went with peel-and-stick, thinking it was a cost-effective solution.

As we predicted, peel-and-stick couldn’t provide the warranty coverage we offer in such low-pitch areas. Unfortunately, the homeowner experienced a leak last week. Our team jumped into action with an emergency roof repair, replacing the peel-and-stick with EPDM as we originally advised.

The result? Not only is the roof now fully covered under our professional warranty, but the homeowner is also worry-free:
