Anyone can replace what's damaged. The goal is to rebuild it better, safer, and up to today's standards.
This kitchen suffered significant damage from ice dam water intrusion, requiring portions of the walls and ceiling to be removed. With the electrical system exposed, we removed all affected wiring and completed a full rewire of the damaged areas to meet current code requirements.
Working closely with the general contractor, we coordinated the electrical rough-in to keep the project moving efficiently while protecting the portions of the kitchen that were not affected by the damage. We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized jobsite throughout the process and leaving the work area cleaner than we found it at the end of each day.
Projects like these require more than just replacing wire—they require communication, attention to detail, and respect for the homeowner's property while the restoration is taking place.
