Another great installation completed and ready for inspection! The customer wanted a dedicated 120V, 20-amp outdoor receptacle for their plug-in hot tub, and our team delivered a clean, professional installation.

As our team continues to grow, we’re already preparing for some exciting changes heading into January 2027!

Starting in the new year, we’ll be restructuring CLB Electrical into two separate divisions — our Service Division and our Residential Production Division. Our residential production side will be focusing more heavily on new construction, additions, remodels, and larger residential projects.

We’re also excited to announce that our entire team will be getting involved in generator installations. This will require additional training, certifications, classes, and even some out-of-state courses so we can continue expanding our knowledge and services while doing things the right way.

We truly couldn’t make this growth possible without the continued support of our customers, contractors, builders, and the entire community. Thank you for continuing to support CLB Electrical throughout our journey!

In the meantime, check out some of the work our service team completed the other day. We installed four recessed lights in a kitchen using the existing switch leg. Another clean installation by the CLB team!

We’re excited for what 2027 has in store. More growth, more training, and more opportunities to serve our community.

Another great installation completed by our service side! ⚡️

A home inspection identified an issue with this 200-amp meter can due to exposed conductors at the pipe. Our team came in, corrected the issue with a new 2-inch expansion coupling, and since we were already working on the service equipment, we replaced the existing 200-amp meter can as well.

Another repair completed properly and inspection-ready! ✅

Another 5,000-square-foot custom home getting built and getting ready for our rough crew in November!

This custom home is going to be loaded with some great electrical features, including LED smart lighting throughout, a 320-amp electrical service, column lighting along the edge of the driveway, and LED cabinet lighting throughout the kitchen.

The basement is going to be just as impressive, with a full theater, LED lighting, a bar, and more!

We’re excited to be part of another custom home project from start to finish. Stay tuned as this one comes together!

Another great job completed by the CLB Electrical team today! ⚡️

Our team completed the trenching and installation of a 100-amp sub-feed for a new subpanel at a customer’s property in Townsend, Delaware. During the installation, we also added a new 20-amp GFCI-protected exterior receptacle for additional convenience and safety.

Everything came together clean, properly installed, and inspection-ready.

A big thank you to our MOT community and our neighbors in Townsend, Delaware for continuing to support CLB Electrical through word-of-mouth referrals. We truly appreciate every referral and every customer who trusts our team with their electrical projects!
