We found out some disturbing things overnight and we need to ensure that our customers know that we are still here.

There are companies that are telling customers that they are part of our organization and that we have sold to a larger corporate entity. This is far from the truth. What is happening is, people are doing a google search for us and accidently running into a scam where they are directed to a very dishonest group of people. They have demanded upfront cash from one of our senior customers. This is not how we do business and we do not use hand written receipts.

As far as selling to a different company, we have not and have no plans. Scott may not be customer facing as much as he once was but is very much involved in the background. We have great and honest technicians which many of you have met.

Dave and Scott took Tyler Rosello of Seamless Installation Services out on the golf course for some team building today. We both work within the same dealer network with their luxury clients. Seamless does the installations and us, the repairs. We work closely to ensure that any issues are resolved properly and as fast as possible. We actually rely on each other. This was a fun day but more importantly, we know each other better so we can serve our customers.

If it’s been a little difficult to get an appointment with us this week, we apologize. We have 5 of our technicians traveling this week to different manufacturers around the country for factory training. Yes.. we do actual factory training at the factories. It’s a big commitment but our customers deserve the best training we can get. Thank you for your support and patience.
