COMPLETE HOME TRANSFORMATION | J&J LAWNSCAPES

From an outdated landscape to a property that truly stands out.

For this project, we completely reworked the exterior landscape to create a cleaner, more intentional look throughout the property.

We removed the existing sidewalk, landscape beds and all the shrubs, then redesigned the property with carefully selected plantings, new lawn areas and a custom boulder wall that helped widen and improve the driveway entrance.

We also installed custom LED landscape and up lighting throughout the home, giving the property a completely different presence after dark. New beds were re edged and finished with Canadian River Rock, creating a clean, timeless look that will hold up for years to come.

This is also a property we are proud to care for year round, from fertilization and weekly property maintenance to tree work and additional contracting needs.

The finished result is a home that stands out on the road, looks incredible during the day and will shine throughout the holiday season and for years to come.

Custom Boulder Hillsides | Apollo, PA

Not every property calls for a traditional retaining wall.

For this unique home in Apollo, Pennsylvania, we designed and installed two custom boulder hillsides, carefully incorporating large natural boulders, river rock and natural looking stone steps to create a functional solution that fits the character of the property.

The steps provide convenient access to the gas hookup along the side of the home, while the boulder work helps define and stabilize the hillside and gives the entire space a natural, finished appearance.

From the layout and placement of each boulder to the grading, rock installation and access points, every detail was intentionally designed around the property.

🌱 From Construction Damage to a Lawn Ready to Grow

When a home addition is completed, the landscaping should not be an afterthought.

This Murrysville, PA property was left with construction materials, bricks, concrete and debris scattered throughout the yard. The ground was damaged, uneven and in need of a complete reset.
J&J Lawnscapes came in and handled it from the ground up.

We removed the construction debris, cleaned the entire area, used our equipment to properly regrade the yard, brought in premium topsoil, repaired the damaged areas and prepared everything for a healthy new lawn.

From there, we installed premium grass seed, applied starter fertilizer and finished the project with straw tackifier to help protect the seed and promote strong establishment.
