Another awesome Hardie Project in the works. The before and after on this are pretty epic. Thank you to LaffCo. Painting LLC for the assist on the painting of all the soffit, fascia and front door!

Scope of work:

Replacing 12 year old Hardie Cedarmill Siding due to improper install

Install new Hardie Cedarmill Siding- Cobblestone

Install new 6k Gutters & 3x4 spouts- White

Install new Standing seam metal roofing- Black

Painted all cedar wood trim- Soffit/Fascia/Front Door

Its been awhile since our last post so just wanted to give everyone an update. Big things have been going on behind the scenes here. All very exciting stuff!!!

Happy Memorial Day everyone. While we’re enjoying our bbq’s, family/friends, drinks and sunshine… we will also honor and pay tribute to those who served and paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we may enjoy times like these.

Extended the patio roof out and over

Andersen 400 Series Windows

Royal Exteriors Insulated 6” Straight Siding- Pacific Blue

Removed brick and installed new stone veneer along the entire base and posts

Trim- Soffit, fascia, 6k gutters & 3x4 downspouts

Installed new bead board/ceiling fan/lighting on front porch

Stamped concrete with border to accent

This bay is on the back of the house and encroaching the patio. To provide a little more entertaining area, we lessened the projection from 45 to 30 degrees and swapped out casement ends for Double Hungs ends

Removal of TWO layers of rotted plywood. New 1/2” CDX plywood. GAF Pewter Gray HDZ shingle with Smartvent intake ventilation at the eaves!
