Meet Scott Kegley 👋

As Fairview’s Director of Purchasing and Vendor Relations, Scott plays an essential role in keeping our projects on track from pre-construction through the build phase. With more than 20 years of experience in wholesale construction, he brings extensive knowledge of material sourcing, vendor negotiation, and cost control to every project. Working closely with our Sales Director, Project Estimator, and Project Managers, Scott helps ensure costs, timelines, and Fairview’s high standards for quality remain aligned throughout the building process.

Scott is also an active member of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, where he serves as Membership Chair and was honored with the Richard B. Ashmore Associate Member of the Year award for his contributions to the local homebuilding community.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and getting out on the golf course to enjoy the beauty of the Upstate. Thanks for all you do, Scott!

Big things are coming to Ivey Hollow Court in Keowee Springs! This fall, Fairview will break ground on our newest model home! We’re excited to bring this home to life and can’t wait to share what’s been in the works. Stay tuned as we take you behind the scenes from the first milestone to the final reveal.

New homes are feeling warmer with welcoming spaces that reflect life’s best moments. Out are the cool grays, sterile spaces and black windows, giving way to warm neutrals and softer lines. Muted blues and greens bring a serenity and focus on nature’s beauty. Wallpaper is making a comeback, adding timeless character to many smaller spaces. Rich walnut tones are an alternate for white oak. Small intentional spaces are being done deeper hues. Millwork wall details have high impact. A unique light fixture can be the jewelry of the right room. The focus is on creating comfortable spaces rather than showpieces, that reflect your story. ✨

This summer, we had the pleasure of welcoming Lawson to our team as our summer design intern. During her internship, she assisted with CAD drawings, reviewed client selections, supported a variety of marketing activities, and was always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Her positive attitude, friendly personality, and eagerness to learn made her a great fit with our team. While we’re sad to see her internship come to an end, we’re excited to see what the future holds for her and wish her the best! 🌟
