Made some cucumber slaw out of my oversized cucumbers! And 90% of the dish is from my garden.

Shred:
2 large cucumbers
1 carrot
1/2 an onion
1/2 a radish

Chop:
5 leaves of kale
1/2 cup of dill

Season:
1.5 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of white sugar
1 teaspoons of black pepper
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
