Air BNB emergency! Called in to fix/finish a set of stairs. Someone came in and said they could build a new set of stairs for the owner. Magically had an emergency out of state and couldn't finish. We tore out everything that was done, it was unsafe, and not correct. At all. Started with two new stringers, added skirt boards, liquid nailed and screwed risers and treads in. This was as far as the owner wanted to go with the stairs, no painting or staining. Done in one day, and not a squeak to be heard!

Fun rainy day project. Sump pump on a job failed and needed a quick fix. Next day I was called in to fix the pipe, install it in a manner that made sense and in a way that would allow the masons to install the brick. This job is a home that was affected by hurricane Helene last year. Everyone is still catching up on damaged homes still!
