About Us:
Sleeping Bear Services LLC is a growing hardscape and landscape installation company dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in paver patios, retaining walls, natural stone work, and outdoor living spaces that stand the test of time.
Position Overview:
We are looking for hardworking, reliable laborers to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on position working outdoors on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with installation of paver patios, retaining walls, and stone features
-Site prep including excavation, grading, and material handling
-Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
-Follow direction from crew leaders and maintain job site efficiency
-Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Requirements:
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, standing for long periods)
-Reliable transportation to job sites
-Willingness to learn and take direction
-Experience in construction, landscaping, or hardscaping is a plus but not required
