About Us:
Sleeping Bear Services LLC is a growing hardscape and landscape installation company dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in paver patios, retaining walls, natural stone work, and outdoor living spaces that stand the test of time.

Position Overview:
We are looking for hardworking, reliable laborers to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on position working outdoors on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with installation of paver patios, retaining walls, and stone features
-Site prep including excavation, grading, and material handling
-Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
-Follow direction from crew leaders and maintain job site efficiency
-Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, standing for long periods)
-Reliable transportation to job sites
-Willingness to learn and take direction
-Experience in construction, landscaping, or hardscaping is a plus but not required

At Sleeping Bear Services LLC, we specialize in professional hardscape and landscape installations designed to enhance your property’s appearance as well as its functionality, all while standing the test of time. Our services include retaining solutions, natural stone and manufactured steps, as well as natural stone and manufactured paver patios, driveways, sidewalks, and more. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and creating outdoor spaces our clients can truly enjoy for years to come.
