We’re in the demolition phase of this project — removing failing retaining walls and terraces that have become unsafe. While it may look like chaos now, this is where the transformation begins.

Soon, this space will become a completely rebuilt landscape with new structure, improved functionality, and a fresh new aesthetic designed to last for years to come. Stay tuned for the transformation...

We had a very busy kickoff to the 2026 Season. Most of the shop property was under water (along with most of Northern Michigan), and we spent a great deal of time trying to protect the building and mitigate flooding, then cleaning up after the attempts proved to be futile. We did find time to support one of our vendors, , as they traveled north for their Roadshow. It was nice to see products in person and catch up with friendly faces after a long winter.

There are installs… and then there are true craftsmanship moments like this.

We couldn’t be more proud of our crew for taking on reclaimed granite Belgian blocks in the middle of winter. This is not an easy material to work with.

Each block is unique — roughly shaped, irregular, and far from perfectly rectangular. Unlike uniform 70mm pavers that are manufactured to exact dimensions, Belgian blocks demand patience, a trained eye, and constant adjustment. Every piece has to be individually evaluated, rotated, and set with intention to create consistent lines and a stable surface. And that’s what makes the finished product so special.

Because when it all comes together, you don’t just see a driveway — you see a TIMELESS MASTERPIECE.
