🏡 We're wrapping up our tour of this charming Old Northeast St. Pete renovation with one of the home's biggest transformations—the bathroom.

This bathroom remodel was much more than a cosmetic update.

Once demolition began, we uncovered rot around the window, deteriorated flooring, and nearly 2 inches of old plaster that had to be removed before we could even begin rebuilding.

Projects like this are why every renovation starts with the structure—not the finishes.
After repairing the framing, rebuilding the floor, and creating a solid foundation, we transformed the space with:
✨ Floor-to-ceiling handmade-look blue tile
🛁 New soaking tub and updated plumbing fixtures
🪨 Marble-look porcelain flooring
🤍 Custom white quartz vanity top
🪵 Warm oak vanity with reeded drawer fronts

This dining room had outdated corner shelves on either side of the window that weren't making the best use of the space.

We replaced them with a custom window bench featuring:
✨ Comfortable built-in seating
📦 Hidden storage beneath the bench
🪟 A cozy window seat perfect for morning coffee, reading, or gathering with family and friends
🔨 Custom millwork designed to look like it has always been part of the home

By reimagining the existing built-ins, we created a space that's not only more functional but also feels brighter, more inviting, and better suited for everyday living.
