There's topsoil and then there's topsoil. Ours is screened — no clods, no rocks, just clean, workable dirt you can rake smooth, lay sod on, or seed without picking rocks by hand all Saturday. 👍 Another great job in partnership with Deepslate Outscapes & Hauling.

When Brodee Holmgren takes on a yard project, he does it right from the ground up. 🚜

On this project, Brodee scraped away 4–5 inches of existing material, removed the large rocks, and carefully graded the site to create a smooth, solid foundation.

Then came the fun part.

He hauled in 122 TONS of premium Landis Construction topsoil — enough to give this entire yard a healthy 4-inch layer of quality growing material. 🌱

As the finishing touch, every inch of the yard was hand-raked and leveled, leaving the homeowner with a beautiful blank slate ready for seed, sod, and years of enjoyment.

This Saturday marks 250 years since the United States was founded. We wanted to take a minute and just be thankful. 🙏
We’re grateful to God for the freedom to run an honest business here in this country the way we want to run it — good product, fair dealing, and a handshake that still means something.

We’re grateful for this ground we get to work every day, right here in Tremonton, and for a family business that’s been part of this community since 2002. 🏡

Mostly, we’re grateful for the folks who call us for a load and trust us to get it right — driveways, ranch roads, building pads, and everything in between. That’s not something we take for granted. 🚛

Millings are recycled asphalt — the material that gets ground up when an old road or parking lot gets repaved. We carry them by the load, and they run about 80% less than fresh asphalt.
