We went up to Bear lake this weekend for a little getaway and naturally my sunflowers decided to all bloom while we were gone. These have opened too much to stick in the cooler to sell this weekend so I guess we'll get to enjoy them instead.

Better late than never, right? 😅 We are finally getting around to netting the snapdragons, but they definitely didn’t wait for us.
Because they’re heliotropic, they’ve been doing gymnastics to chase the sun from the ground, leaving us with a whole bed of L-shaped stems.

Let Zoey loose in the field yesterday and she came back with an armful of the prettiest stems. Naturally I turned them into something for her, and naturally she took full credit.
