WAKE UP - (Our Father in heaven) Acknowledge your almighty God when you wake up.

BREAKFAST - (May your name be kept holy) Call God by name and recognize his place over you.

2pm (Forgive us our sins) Ask God for forgiveness for anything you’ve done wrong today. Ask for forgiveness for anything you can think of that you need forgiveness for. Make this personal!

On your way home from work - (We have forgiven those who sin against us) Do an inventory and let go of any anger. (don’t let us yield to temptation) before you enter your home cast away all anger in Jesus name. Picture yourself throwing away your built up junk in a garbage can and let it go.

BEDTIME - (But rescue us from the evil one) pray for Gods hedge of protection around yourself and the ones you love.
