Here’s a project we’re currently working on!

This wall failed because the deadmen (anchors) were too short to properly support it.

For this repair, we're spacing the deadman rods closer together, adding a section of sheet pile to the face of each deadman for increased resistance, and installing a second row of deadmen approximately 10 feet in front of the first row for additional support.
This wall needed a stronger anchoring system than a typical installation, and these improvements will help ensure long-term stability.

This project had some structural shifting over time that caused the retaining walls to move outward and the deadman to pull toward the lake. As a result, the boat dock ended up uneven instead of staying straight and aligned. Waterfront construction requires the right balance of support, drainage, and reinforcement to keep everything secure long-term. Proper preparation and structural support make all the difference.

Did you know we offer ranch services?

This projected involved repairing a failed drain drainage system that runs between the driveway, allowing water to flow safely from one pond to the next. The existing spillway culvert beneath the roadway, had deteriorated and required replacement.
The new bulkhead was constructed on both sides, using durable, retaining wall materials, and a concrete pad will be poured on top to ensure long-term stability.

This pond spillway had narrowed from 4 feet to just 2 feet by the time we were called in — and with rain on the way, it was only a matter of time before it completely washed out.
To stabilize the area, we installed a 3,500-lb footer in the pond, drove in 12-ft panels along the backside, and poured 4” of 3000-psi concrete for long-term durability.
The result? A fully reinforced spillway and a levee the owner can now safely drive around in his side-by-side. Another project done right and built to last.
