And.... that's a wrap. We closed on the second spec house yesterday. Thank you to all our wonderful contractors, friends and family and my parents for all of your help on this second adventure.
We had so many people help us when it was crunch time. We literally had neighbors off the street and around town see us working so hard on something and grab a tool or a broom and join in. We had neighbors checking in us and delivering us veggies to put in our sandwiches and cheer us on. We had friends that came after work to continue working with us into the wee hours of the night!

The biggest thank you goes to our Creator...Last Friday I was sitting down after cleaning at the spec house to say some prayers (wow, thank you, oops, gimme format from a sermon I recently heard) and was literally asking God, I'm not sure how this is going to work Lord, only you do, I can't figure this out, if it's Your will please find a way (of course you know the way so you don't need to find it) to let the closing go through. I finished and was taking a drink of Gatorade and Jeremy came in, with the good news, the lawyers had figured out the hiccup with titles and we could close! Praise God!
