Getting ready to ship trees. Every season gives us a different set of problems. This season it would be a good idea to power wash the trees when you receive them. There may be a lot of calcium chloride on the roads this season.

Maybe Red Christmas trees are in this year 2021! The Christmas trees have a different look this year if you zoom in on the pictures. The combination of heat and drought have caused the new growth to burn off 🔥. Fortunately the recent smoke has helped protect them from the direct sun that would cause more damage.
It’s tough to watch your crop burn. A crop that was ready for market this year. They should mostly survive but it will take another year to recover.

Digging season is almost here, about 3 weeks away. We still have some large spruce 15’-20’ and cottonwoods available. Those cottonwoods may be in hot demand in another month with those big soft leaves. Just saying!
