We’ve Grown it again !! New year and new adventures. We are licensed general contractors for the great state of North Carolina with a commercial and residential limitation of 1.5 million dollars. We are currently seeking lots for our new construction builds as well as large scale renovation and construction projects. We have also invested into some heavy equipment for our demolition and site work division. Check out this little she/he shed… 8x12 insulated and finished inside wired with can lights, outlets and pre wired for fan or pendant lighting. Just plug your extension chord in and your ready for whatever you can think of doing in this little 100 sq ft space! This building has some features that set it aside from your typical poorly built structures. Treated 2x6 floor joists 12” on center, treated 4x4 skids, painted 3/4 inch plywood, lp smart siding, architectural shingles, insulated door and windows and more!! Located in troutman and delivery is available. This is just a demonstration of what we can build for you. We can build it to any size or specifications that you may want or need, any color or finishes that desire. Although we can build most sizes off site at our shop we recommend custom building at its final destination to avoid having to transport. Contact us today for your free estimate.
