In this role, you'll lead Charlotte's estimating efforts, work closely with our existing clients, support new business development, and oversee bids across a wide range of commercial, retail, multifamily, and industrial projects. C.E. Gleeson Constructors is proud to help bring Dill Dinkers Pickleball Club to 3208 Silas Creek Parkway.

This new indoor pickleball facility will feature 10 courts, including 8 regulation courts and 2 championship courts, built for year-round play in a climate-controlled environment.

The club will also offer space for events, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and players of all skill levels.

We’re excited to be part of a project that brings more energy, activity, and community to Winston-Salem.

We just wrapped construction on the newest Club Studio location in Coppell, TX!

For those unfamiliar, Club Studio is a premium fitness concept that brings boutique studio classes: cycling, boxing, reformer Pilates, strength training, and more together with luxury gym amenities under one roof.

Bottom Creek Brewery has completed construction in North Branch, Michigan.

This project brings together a brewery, restaurant, and open-air pavilion, built around exposed heavy timber framing.

One of the most unique parts of the project is the use of white oak harvested directly from the property, incorporated into select restaurant columns, casework, shelving, door frames, and wall veneer.

The result is a destination set on a 600-acre property, with materials and design details that feel directly connected to the land around it.

We are proud to be part of bringing this space to life.

Proud to share that Club Studio Houston has been selected for the 2026 Project Profile Awards in Commercial Construction & Renovation Magazine.

Located in Midtown Houston, this renovation transformed an existing commercial space into a 46,957-square-foot fitness and wellness destination. The project includes boutique studios, premium locker rooms, recovery amenities, a refined layout, and high-end finishes that support both performance and comfort.

Last week, C.E. Gleeson Constructors proudly participated in National Construction Safety Week, wrapping up Friday with a lunch finale alongside our field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership partners.

The day included team photos, equipment workshops with Sunbelt Rentals, toolbox talks, and time to recognize the people and partners who help keep our jobsites safe every day.

Thank you again to all of the subcontractors, vendors, and partners who helped make the week a success and continue reinforcing that safety is part of our culture.

Construction Safety Week is underway! This year, we're making it count at every one of our job sites.

At Icon Park Apartments, we're hosting on-site events and team engagement throughout the week as a reminder that safety isn't a checklist — it's a culture. It's noticing the small details before they become big problems. It's taking responsibility for the people working alongside you.

We're reinforcing them across all of our active job sites this week and every week.

Progress at the Howell Depot Fire & Ice District is really starting to show.
The 160' x 80' open-air pavilion is taking its final shape — bright blue standing-seam roof, three white cupolas, and red brick piers that nod directly to Howell's historic depot architecture. The enclosed end of the building (concessions, restrooms, offices, lockers, and rentable event space) is nearly buttoned up, and the surrounding plaza is coming alive with decorative blue concrete, planters, tiered seating, and the new 175-space Parking Lot #10 just to the north.

When complete, the pavilion will host a removable 120' x 60' ice rink in winter and serve as a year-round gathering space for downtown events and markets — funded in part by HUD and the MEDC's Public Spaces Initiative.
Big credit to the City of Howell, the design team, and every trade on site getting this across the finish line.
