Property Maintenance technician needed for immediate opening. Must have own tools and your own truck . Must have experience. Daily duties to include but not limited to lawn care in season , snow removal, trash removal/clean outs , cleaning , painting and more. Any construction experience will be helpful as well .We do large jobs such as full rehab projects down to small jobs like a leaky faucet.
