• Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).

Our favorite thing at TMS is to crush goals and give back. It is a core value of our organization, and one I strive to grow every year. But this year, my team absolutely blew me away! Last year, we partnered with MO VFW to help fill baskets for families in need. Year two, the need was a little greater. The small town of Mt. Olive found a massive employer shutting down, and the list of families was large. The school district cleaned out the toy closet, a big closet, and the community also gave. This allowed us to focus on the older kids. In total, we helped 50 kids and their families have a little bit extra this year. We are so blessed to be able to do this year after year. You get so much more when you give. And if I have said it once, I have said it a million times - the people at TMS are just incredible! So much love!
