Be extremely cautious this evening after 8pm. With all the snow melting from along roads, driveways and off roof tops. What ever water is on roads, parkinglots ect will without question turn into ice.

Refreeze is extremely dangerous and should not be taken lightly.

We recommened salting this afternoon/ evening before it gets really cold.

Wrapping up construction on a two-tier wall in Olivette, converting a formerly steep and unmanageable space into a stable, retained hill and accessible outdoor area.

After discovering the parking lot was settling and the concrete wall was leaning further and further out.
We were brought in to rip out the flat work and wall. We discovered what we had initially thought , that there was no drain system and everything was sobbing wet , settling.
You will notice it is all mud and trapped water in some of the early photos.

We dug out 10' back from the original footing, until we reached good soil. Rebuilt the wall with versalok core fill stone and engineered backing .

The railing was originally set in the concrete so we set all new piers.

If you are in need of a retaining wall of any size, give us a holler.
