Kais-AIR® Containment Systems, also commonly referred to as Hot Aisle Containment Systems (HAC), bring structural framing, enclosure panels, stainless piping, valves, controls, and supporting equipment together into one coordinated, purpose-built system.

Each project is carefully assembled to support reliable operation, accessibility, and long-term performance.

Kais-AIR® also works closely with Universal Piping Industries (UPI) to help bring these containment projects together from fabrication through final integration. That collaboration helps keep each system organized, coordinated, and moving efficiently toward completion.

By combining in-house capabilities with strong project partnerships, Kais-AIR® delivers containment systems built around the specific needs of each facility.

Building stronger partnerships with safety in mind. 🦺

This week, team members from across Kaiser Enterprise, including Universal Piping Industries, Ventcon and Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation, joined Dawn Gontko and Nick Newman, CSP for a visit to Milwaukee Tool’s headquarters.

During the visit, the group also toured Milwaukee Tool’s R&D facility and the plant where its hard hats are manufactured, gaining a firsthand look at how new PPE and tooling solutions are developed and produced.

The team had the opportunity to explore partnership opportunities while learning more about the next generation of hard hats, gloves, vests and other solutions designed to improve safety, comfort and performance in the field.

A big thank you to the Milwaukee Tool team for hosting our group, sharing their expertise and giving us a behind-the-scenes look at their operations.

We appreciate the opportunity to learn, collaborate and continue finding new ways to support the people doing the work every day.

Every day spent assembling in the field is a day your facility isn’t operating.

That’s why Kais-AIR® fabricates and assembles as much as possible in-house. Bases, walls, platforms, roofs, and equipment supports arrive coordinated and installation-ready; reducing onsite work and keeping projects moving toward startup.

That means facilities and systems can come online sooner, production operations can get up and running faster, and customers can begin realizing the value of their investment without unnecessary time lost in the field.

Less time assembling. More time operating. And a valuable head start where it matters most.

After more than a decade with our team, we’re proud to celebrate the retirement of Simon Parsonage! 🎉

While Simon spent most of the past decade-plus as part of the Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation team, he is closing out his career with the enterprise as a member of the Universal Piping Industries team.

Throughout his career, Simon has been a trusted leader on some of our most complex and large-scale industrial projects, bringing together multiple trades, teams, and moving pieces to keep challenging work moving forward. Beyond the projects themselves, his experience, perspective, and commitment to improving the way we work have made a lasting impact across the enterprise.

Leaders from across the organization recently came together to celebrate Simon, share stories, and recognize the many contributions he has made over the years.

Simon, thank you for your leadership, dedication, and everything you’ve brought to our teams.

We wish you nothing but the best as you begin this well-earned next chapter!

Pipe bending requires accuracy, consistency and experience.

UPI’s Pines Bender supports our team in producing precise bends in-house, helping improve fabrication efficiency and reduce reliance on external resources. This gives our team greater control over both quality and schedule.

It is another example of how UPI delivers fabrication solutions tailored to the demands of complex projects.

Project managers from across Kaiser Enterprise came together to kick off the 2026 MSU Project Manager Training! 🏗️

The first session covered Construction Management, Start-up and Mobilization, with a focus on the knowledge, planning, and leadership that help teams successfully move projects from the early stages into ex*****on.

Thank you to Dr. Matt Syal of Michigan State University’s School of Planning, Design and Construction, as well as everyone who contributed their experience and perspective throughout the session.

With four more sessions ahead, this program is another opportunity to invest in our people, share knowledge across the enterprise, and continue strengthening the teams behind our projects.
