One of the biggest things homeowners are asking for right now? Outdoor living spaces that actually feel like an extension of the home — and honestly… we get it.

Oversized front porches, covered decks, vaulted patios, outdoor fireplaces, grilling areas, cozy seating spaces… these aren’t just “extras” anymore. They’re where summer happens. 🌿🏡

Flooring is now being installed, and we’re beginning to see our homeowners’ selections come to life on a much larger scale. What once existed as samples, design boards, and showroom visits is now becoming a cohesive, beautiful home.

Each flooring choice adds warmth, character, and personality to the space, helping transform this house from a construction site into a place our customers will soon call home. It’s always exciting to watch the vision come together and see how all the carefully selected finishes complement one another.

🏡 Progress is happening fast on this custom home! 🏡

The subfloor is now being installed, and it’s always exciting to reach this stage of construction. Up next, we’ll begin framing the walls and that’s when the transformation really starts!

Before long, rooms will begin taking shape, hallways will emerge, and our homeowners will be able to walk through and truly visualize their future home. It’s amazing to watch a set of plans on paper become a reality right before our eyes.
