We’re excited to share that Shaelin has been promoted to Project Manager!
With over 7 years of full time experience plus 2 summer internships at MWA, Shaelin has developed strong skills in creating beautiful 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials, and has more recently been working directly with clients to develop thoughtful designs that meet client intent and priorities. She has demonstrated excellent critical thinking, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on improving the project and client experience. Shaelin also stepped up to help build our interior design department standards, especially the detail and drawing graphics to create really clean and clear construction drawings. Recently, Shaelin volunteered to help us create better social media content too. We are looking forward to having Shaelin step into more leadership responsibilities and continue growing as a professional and contributing to MWA’s excellence over the coming years.
