As we begin our seasonal landscape wrapping and staking, this week’s safety meeting at Peak Landscape focused on proper ladder safety and best practices.

Our team reviewed the importance of proper ladder setup, safe positioning, and using the right equipment to help prevent injuries while working at heights.

With winter approaching in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area, keeping our crews trained, prepared, and working safely is a top priority.

At Peak, we believe some of the best learning comes from the knowledge and experience within our own team!

This past week, our Maintenance Manager, Erin, spent time learning from Betto, one of our go-to team members when it comes to the more complex irrigation systems at some of our Tahoe clients’ homes. After managing these properties for years, Betto knows the ins and outs of each system and the specific details that keep everything running smoothly.

Now, Erin is learning from one of the best so we can share that knowledge across our team and develop detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to help ensure these systems are maintained correctly and consistently for years to come.

We’re proud of our team’s commitment to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and finding ways to keep raising the bar on the service we provide to our clients! 🌱💧

It’s always rewarding to help bring our clients’ vision for their outdoor spaces to life! 🌿

Here’s a small glimpse of a much larger project we recently wrapped up at a client’s home. 😃

This beautiful transformation features a stepping stone pathway that crosses over a newly installed water feature, creating both a stunning focal point and convenient walkable access along this side of the home, all the way to the tennis court!

We’ve also added thoughtfully selected plants that look beautiful today and will continue to fill in and mature over time, creating an even more lush, inviting landscape in the years to come.

We’re excited to see this space continue to grow and evolve! 🌱

🌸 Still blooming strong into October! 🍂

We love seeing our clients enhancement pots continuing to bring beautiful pops of color heading into the fall season!

With the right plant selections and care, seasonal color can keep landscapes looking vibrant even as the days get cooler.

A little color goes a long way in extending the beauty of the landscape! 🌿✨

🍂 Fall in Truckee is here! 🍁

The first signs of fall are starting to show up around Truckee!

We’re beginning to see those beautiful touches of color appear throughout our clients’ landscapes.

There’s something special about this time of year in the mountains—the changing leaves, crisp mornings, and landscapes taking on a whole new look!😀

Today, our Certified Applicators were out performing micronutrient injections to help support tree health, vigor, and overall resilience. These targeted treatments deliver essential nutrients directly into the tree, helping address deficiencies and promote stronger, healthier growth.

At Peak Landscape, proactive plant health care is an important part of keeping Tahoe–Truckee landscapes healthy and thriving. 🌲

🎉 Annual Fiesta! 🌮

We wrapped up our Friday with our annual Fiesta for the entire Peak team! It’s always a great way to celebrate our hardworking crew, show our appreciation, and enjoy some great food and even better company before heading into the weekend.

We’re grateful for the dedication, teamwork, and effort our team puts in every day. ❤️
Thanks for all you do, Peak team! Here’s to another great year together!

This project is coming together nicely! 🌿

The dry creek is nearly finished, and boulders have been strategically placed, adding natural character throughout the landscape. 🪨

Irrigation lines are installed, and zones have been nozzled. We are prepping for planting, revegetation seeding, and a small lawn!

We’re making great progress—stay tuned as this project continues to take shape! 🌱
