📌 What is it? A request to report personal property used in your STR for tax purposes.📌 Why now? This is the first year Nevada County is officially requesting this info from STR owners.📌 What’s taxable? Furniture, appliances, and equipment used in your rental business.📌 How to report? Use the Supplemental Schedule provided or estimate values based on market resale.📌 Not renting? Complete the "Business Sold, Closed, or Moved" form on the back of the notice.
