This room is getting close to completion! Just a little paint touch up and final inspection and thats a wrap. This customer had old peeling linoleum flooring and huge variances in subfloor level. I patched the holes in the floor from old vents, leveled the entire subfloor, installed new moisture barrier, layed down these goregous wide plank pine floors, got them nailed in with crispy lines, built a custom transition, stained and sealed them and installed all new trim in the room. Very happy with how this came out!

Andy the handyman has been BUSY! This is a little floor job thats getting close to getting wrapped up. Were just waiting now for a good sanding to even it up and remove the red chalk line, and then were sealing these new shiplap floors. The custom floor transition, floor re-leveling, some clean lines on the decorative large nail heads and all the trim really made this floor come out great, and I cant wait to show you how clean they turn out!
