May's Employee of the Month -

Baker wants to thank Dan for a fantastic job he has been doing as we are reorganizing our caulking division. He is a prime example of how to go above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for Baker. He never shies away from rolling up his sleeves and getting things done! His creativity and willingness to learn has helped us reach new levels of productivity… and savings! It’s rare to come across people who are so dedicated and trustworthy. We are fortunate to have someone as dedicated as Dan onboard!

As June begins, Baker would like to take a moment and reflect the month of May. We decided to acknowledge Mental Health Awareness for the first time here in the office. The mental health and well-being of our employees is vey important. We began the month with our gratitude board. Each employee had the opportunity to express what they were thankful for. We followed up with extra breaks throughout the day, walks outside, and held web seminars on all things anxiety, We catered a healthy lunch and enjoyed some sunshine. Acts of kindness were flowing though the office. We even closed our office early one day. Towards the end of the month, we held a Dip Off for a nice friendly competition. We ended May, heading to Stone Mountain for a nice mid-day workout!
