1. Bi-Weekly Service Expectations
Bi-weekly maintenance is fantastic for keeping a lawn manageable, healthy, and neat. However, because nature moves fast—especially this time of year—a yard on a bi-weekly schedule will inherently experience noticeable growth and changes between visits.
While we always strive for a clean, professional finish, a bi-weekly schedule cannot maintain a constant, "golf-course perfect" look 100% of the time. If you are looking for that flawless, highly manicured look year-round, please reach out to us, and we can discuss upgrading your property to a weekly schedule.
2. Helping Us Help You (Yard Prep)
To help us give you the best result and stay on schedule, we kindly ask that all yards be clear of toys, pet waste, lawn furniture, and debris before our crew arrives. Moving items on-site can significantly delay our team, which impacts the schedule for the rest of the day.
3. Communication & Response Times
We are a proud, family-owned and operated business. When we aren't behind a mower, we are managing the back-end of operations, taking care of our family, and working hard on the properties ahead of yours.
Because we are directly in the field doing the work, we cannot always respond to texts or calls instantly. Please know that your messages are incredibly important to us. We promise to get back to you as soon as humanly possible, usually during our dedicated office hours at the end of the day.
