Earlier today, a customer got in touch with us due to concerns regarding two blockages in their mainline which were resulting in considerable inconvenience. Our solution was to Jett the mainline, a specialized procedure that uses a high-pressure water jet to safely and effectively relieve blockages. We're pleased to report that the service provided has successfully cleared the blockages, leading to an improved flow and overall better functioning of the customer's system. The customer reached out to us with issues in their kitchenette sink and toilet. Our solution involved a two-step process. First, we cabled the kitchenette sink, a process that involved removing the P-trap to allow better access and subsequently restoring the normal water flow. Secondly, the toilet required a detailed inspection. For this, we removed the toilet in order to perform a thorough camera inspection from the toilet line all the way to the mainline. Having determined the problem, we promptly reset the toilet. We are glad to have been of help, bringing the customer's home back to its full functionality.
